TICKETING INFORMATION

There will be two more releases of tickets: 1st February and 1st April. All ticket types will be available at each release. Overall the number of available tickets is the same as previous years and some will sell out in moments (under 18’s and campervans). A waiting list will be started after the April release has sold out.

REALLY IMPORTANT: TICKET SCAMMER WARNING: Do not buy tickets from anyone you don’t know!
We offer refunds with no questions.. no one needs to sell tickets on FB or IG. Just don’t do it.
Some people were scammed last year and lost their money (and didn’t get tickets).

  • Fire in the mountain have partnered with Kaboodle this year for our festival tickets. If you have any questions about this change please do get in touch with us on boxoffice@fireinthemountain.co.uk

Your e-tickets with QR code(s) will be sent out to you by email after 15th May. You will receive confirmation of your ticket(s) at the time of purchase. Please check your spam/junk folders before contacting us and make sure your email address is up to date.

  • We love kids and love having them at our festival, but we just can’t have too many. We issue 150 kids tickets to crew, and offer 150 kids tickets to attendees, which equates to 20% of our capacity. Fire in the Mountain is a family friendly festival, not a family festival, and it’s focus has always been, and will remain, on live music and playing music.

Campfire in the Mountain in July is a dedicated family event, and it’s focus is entirely on families (in whatever shape or form they might take). Thanks for understanding.

  • In the first instance contact us on fireinthemountain@kaboodle.com

  • This year we are releasing tickets in batches in December, February and April. There will be no difference in price or the total number of tickets available. This move is in response to requests from our loyal festival goers who may not be able to plan so far ahead. There will be more of every ticket type on each release.

  • You can now spread the cost of ALL your tickets by selecting the option at checkout. Note that if you miss a payment or cancel your tickets you will still forfeit the booking fee and payment plan fees.

  • If you are in receipt of highest level PIP you are entitled to a PA ticket. Please purchase your own ticket then contact boxoffice@fireinthemountain.co.uk and we will guide you through the process.

  • We recognise that unforeseen events can occur between the time you purchase your ticket and the festival. Fire in the Mountain will refund any ticket without question up until midday on Wednesday 27th May (the Wednesday before the event). To start the refund process either log into your Kaboodle account or email fireinthemountain@kaboodle.com

Booking fees and transaction fees are not refundable.

  • Our neighbours can collect their tickets from the farm from 14th May onwards. Note we are no longer offering discounted tickets to residents outside our immediate vicinity.

  • We operate a waiting list when tickets are sold out. If you do not have the ticket you require (especially babies, children or campervans) then please do not travel as we will turn you away. When we are sold out we are out of space.

It is such a small farm, and we’re so short on space - please don’t make the journey if you don’t have the right tickets… otherwise it’s totally awks

  • We allow one name change per ticket for free with no admin charge, but after that you will need to request a refund.  This is to avoid secondary ticket selling skulduggery!

  • No one likes charges on top of ticket prices. We include the "Booking Fee" in the face value of the ticket.

This fee goes to our 3rd party ticket-selling website. You only pay the face value of your tickets.

However, every order incurs an additional and unavoidable non-refundable "transaction charge" (banking charge). We can't do anything about this.

Why use a third party ticket seller? Kaboodle handle all the admin so we don’t have to. We are legally obliged to hold all ticket money in a third party account until the event is over, then we get sent the money. They do all the refunds, name changes, enquiries… they have a team of expert staff to handle all this admin so we can get on with organising the amazing festival. It’s surprising just how many emails come in! it’s a full time job!

  • Day tickets are only available on Sunday 31st May and cannot be pre-purchased. Tickets are £60 each (under 13’s free) and car parking on Sunday only is £10. We do not offer day tickets for any other day. If you are staying off site you will still need to purchase a weekend ticket.

Ticket Pricing Explained

We use a tiered ticket system to make the event fairer.

Low Income For people who really are struggling to make ends meet at the moment.
Average Ticket Price This is what our budget says we need to charge to cover the event.
High Income If you are comfortable and have a decent income, please consider paying a little more. For each of these tickets we release more low income tickets.
Benefactor Ticket Our festival is not-for-profit and is made possible by countless people working for cheap or free.... this ticket is a massive thank you to everyone... if you can afford to give something back over and above. Thank you.
